The Project
We are a duplicatable, off-grid, multigenerational eco-community in The Laurel Highlands of Fayette County in Southwestern Pennsylvania where we collectively steward our land using regenerative principles. We run a holistic experiential living and learning center, providing education, events, and retreats, a cooperative school, and a regenerative farm and artisan market.

We believe it is our birthright to be vitally healthy abundant beings. Our aim is to make holistic health care available to all.
We offer diverse healing modalities as well as healing spaces such as a bathhouse, sauna, meditation gardens, food forests, art spaces and retreat housing including a community lodge.
Our innovative, Earthship inspired Healing Center is currently in the design phase.

running earth-based businesses:
One of our first “Income Sharing” businesses solves the problem of immediate housing as we build our infrastructure.
Initially we will establish a village of eco-friendly yurts, Geodesic Domes and “tiny homes” that can be constructed quickly so that we can build more complex structures as development progresses. This village will be in the larger of 2 parcels of land.
